change of licence ?

since the WV logo is displayed (even only partly), shouldn't the licence be changed to: {{CopyrightByWikimedia}} ? see also licence of: Image:Wikiversity-logo-Snorky.svg ----Erkan Yilmaz uses the Wikiversity:Chat (try) 19:44, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
