Install an ftp client, retrieve and unzip a file

  • Download and install an ftp client (you can find a list of possible clients on the ICAS4201A Transfer content to a website using commercial packages page
  • Connect to ibiblio.org and log in as an anonymous user
  • change to the /pub/docs/books/gutenberg/etext94 directory
  • download wwghjkgkjgend10.zip then close down your ftp connection
  • unzip the file (you may need to install some decompression software)
  • open the text file and look for the author's name on the first line
  • look in your browser's address bar. See the address: http://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/FTP_challenges ? Replace 'FTP_challenges' in the web address with the author's surname and press Enter
