This was the only reference I could find in google scholar that was applicable to my subject I used more general sites to find out other information. Phenomenological Theory: The user experience for both of these technologies was revolutionary because of the the use new human interaction capabilities that these devices have as before the only way to send a message was as fast as a human can travel these technologies can be sent almost instantly which created a greater relevancy for these new types of technologies.
