Narratology is the study narratives and their structure and how they affect the way human percept things. this becomes very important when it comes to the development of telegraphs as it was a way new information can be shared. Enlightening society of fact may not have known allowing them to revise their opinion and stance certain matters, in mediatization of the air they used telegraph as a way to transmit and receive news about weather changes and weather data, with more they receive the more accurate information they acquire.
