Autumn Casey(1987 - Present)is an American Sculptor and Visual Artist who is known for her often whimsical and playful pieces where she often incorporates found objects into her sculptures. Some of her notable works include "The Grapes" (2022)[1], "Field of Wishes" (2022)[2], and "Cheers" (2022)[3].
Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]
Born in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1987, Autumn Casey developed an early interest in art and assemblage, and was encouraged by her family and friends. Casey received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the New World School of the Arts in Miami, Florida in 2010 and her Master of Fine Arts degree from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2020[4].

Residing in Palm Beach Florida, Casey has exhibited her work in solo and group shows around the world, including at Primary in Miami, FL (2016 and 2014)[6] and Dale Zine in Miami, FL (2022)[7]. Her work has also been featured in publications such as The Huffington Post[8].
Casey's work is often described as whimsical and absurd. She creates sculptures that are both playful and thought-provoking with her work often exploring themes of identity, gender, and sexuality.
In addition to her sculptures, Casey also creates collages, videos, and performances with her work being described as interdisciplinary and exploring a variety of mediums. In addition to her current work, Casey has also produced a music video for the American hip-hop artist, Snoop Dogg.[9]
