Riceberry [1] is a new variety of new organic rice that has been developed in Thailand
by the Rice Science Center of Kasetsart University (KamphaengSaen Campus) since 2012.
Rice Berry is a cross-bread of two high quality strains of rice which are Jasmine rice (Jasmine
105) and Black Fragment (Hom nil).
Rice Berry can be grown throughout the year, but should raised by organic
farming during cold weather.In addition, Rice Berry needs more special care than
the other breeds of rice to color-burst the rice grains and get high quality rice.
Characteristics of Riceberry
