Title: Main instrument panel - attitude indicator[edit | edit source]

In the main simulation, there is an indication of the vehicles attitude on the insturment panel This indication is by means of at least one insturment The insturment consits of an outer ring, and a central slider

If the vehicle turns left, right (ie. no bank) then the red and green blobs move across the central slider, respectively If the red and green sliders are reversed from their normal postions ( red -port , green starboard)

Then the vehicle is at 180 degrees and effectivly 'backward' ( Even though it may be going in a forward direction :-P ) However the slider is not fixed at the Horizon The horizon will rotate counter clockwise for a bank to the 'left' port side, and clockwise for a bank to 'right' starboard side If the Horizion is at 180 degrees to normal the vehicle is upside down. The indciator adjust it's positon relative to attitude data supplied to it in the sim
