Talk:Printed Circuit Board Layout

This page was just a template, so I started filling it out. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what this should cover. It was listed as a 100 level so I assume we don't want to go into stuff such as impedances of electromagnetic waves (usually 300 level) and how they affect circuit layout. Also, should this course have any discussion of circuit design (bypassing caps etc) or should it leave those for another course?
