Updates[edit source]

@SecretlyHistoric: This looks like a great learning project! I've updated the landing page to use subpages for each week's lesson. I also added the map and See Also sections for consistency with other learning projects. Feel free to remove the map if you don't like it. The See Also section helps with backlinks and Google searches, so your content will be easier for others to find in the future.

One other thing to consider: You might add a navigation sidebar and/or subpage navigation links to the project. See Internet Fundamentals for examples. Let me know if you have any questions. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 16:30, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Thank you so much! I'm really excited to be sharing my love of ancient history. I'm new to the wikiverse, so I'm still trying to get my feet under me a bit. Thank you for your edits and for cleaning up the links. I've been trying to find a good resource that covers linking between pages. I'll check out Internet Fundamentals to see how everything is structured there. Happy New Year! SecretlyHistoric (discusscontribs) 02:55, 1 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
@SecretlyHistoric: Hey SecretlyHistoric, I also wanted to join in on Dave's compliments and say that I'm really looking forward to your development on this project. I went ahead and added all of the "Minoan Civilization" subpages to Category:Minoan Civilization. This category is created so that you can keep all of your pages organized and grouped together. This also aids navigation (but I do recommend a navigation sidebar as Dave mentioned). Lastly, make sure to check out other well-made projects so that you know how to structure your project efficiently and check out Help:Project boxes for all the project boxes that you can add to your pages. Project boxes enhance a page's visuality, scope, and status. Thanks again for your contributions and please reach out to us if you have any questions! —Atcovi (Talk - Contribs) 04:52, 1 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
