Use IPA for the transcriptions

Right now, the page is using pseudo-English spelling somehow fit into French vowels, but it isn't even clear how speakers should read it. We should just use IPA, especially since French dictionaries, unlike English dictionaries, use IPA when they do give phonetic transcriptions. 2A0C:5A81:4303:2100:28C5:6307:223B:77D (discuss) 15:42, 8 August 2023 (UTC)
