Proposal to Move Article[edit source]

I'm sorry, but this really should be in a Philosophy of Mathematics section under Philosophy, not in Mathematics. USSalkaselsior 07:15, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Seconded. This is by far and away philosophical, and contains no actual mathematical theorems or proofs. Tagged to request a move to a more appropriate faculty. Lusankya 16:57, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thirded. Why does this appear in the same list as "elementary mathematics", "pure mathematics", and "applied mathematics"? It looks like an appeal to some unpopular philosophy rather than a major branch of mathematics.

Fourthed. The guy who wrote this article should read Godwin's The Cold Equations. ZoneSeek 02:15, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fifthed. Applied math might be used but this isn't math strictly speaking. iliketolearn777 02:24, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand what this subject is, it looks like 'nonkilling' studies or science. iliketolearn777, do you think it belongs under Philosophy of mathematics, or where?. - Sidelight12 Talk 09:53, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
