This resource is pathetically POV. Bible study is not Rocket science, but it should be taken seriously, in my opinion. CQ 08:58, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I strongly agree. This employs too many metaphors, and is not general enough to cover a topic like the Bible. The Jade Knight 07:26, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It's definitely POV, but that's ok provided it discloses its bias (though I'm having a hard time specifying what that is). However, I agree that it shouldn't be the general 'first stop' for someone intent on learning about the Bible - but rather should be renamed to reflect its focus, and start a more basic learning resource on this page or linked from Topic:Biblical studies. There are many pages related to the Bible on Wikiversity - they just aren't linked to/from each other. Cormaggio talk 09:34, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And it still is pathetically POV in 2023. It reads like it belongs on a church's website for children. What is the Bible? Oh, it's what "tells about God" and "about Adam and Eve" - oh so that's where that stuff comes from, oh! What about the fact that it tells about ancient cultural change and the role of narrative and text in power relations? 24.56.247.67 (discuss) 04:03, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
