The survey consists of six standard questions and two open text response questions on the best aspects of the unit and what aspects need improving. Available question responses to the six standard questions were ‘Strongly Disagree’ (STD), ‘Moderately Disagree’ (MD), ‘Slightly Disagree’ (SLD), ‘Neutral’ (N), ‘Slightly Agree’ (SLA), ‘Moderately Agree’ (MA) and ‘Strongly Agree’ (STA). The seven responses have been scored 1 to 7 to permit calculation of averages.
