RuralWeb/ICT traineeship Kenya

In Q4 2013 RuralWeb got in contact with an ICT teacher from Kenya. At his school a two year program is developed for ICT trainees. RuralWeb offered help to improve the program.

On 29.10.13 send mail to ICT teacher to inform him about how RuralWeb can help, also asked for more information about the program.

• KNEC: on 29.10.13 Tim send an e-mail to the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) whether it is a good idea to improve an IT program on the English wikiversity and if they can help with this initiative

• request for laptops: in October 2013 we posted a message in serveral media (Ordina news letter, www.pleio.nl) in which we asked for unused laptops
