Introduction to Swedish


Swedish (or svenska) is a North Germanic language, related to Danish and Norwegian. It is spoken primarily in Sweden but also in parts of Finland as well as isolated parts of Russia and Ukraine. The purpose of this course is to teach the basics of Swedish grammar as well as some vocabulary.
