Intermediate engineering analysis (IEA) is a course as part of the engineering school here at wikiversity. It is based on EGM4313.s12 from the University of Florida.

The course objective is to provide students with the mechanical training to analyze common engineering problems.

Prerequisites[edit | edit source]

Needed are a course in introductory calculus, engineering drafting (CADCAM), and introductory mechanics.

Problem sets[edit | edit source]

To gain needed skills a series of problem sets have been designed and are included. Students are encouraged to try to solve the problems on their own before consulting the solutions and as a check on the validity of the solutions.

Enjoy learning by doing!
