Video can be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons and then embedded on a Wikiversity page.

The video will need to use an open format which is not so common.

So, it will likely be necessary to convert the video from, say, mp4 to an open format such as ogv.

Here's an online conversion tool: https://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-ogv

Then upload the open format video to Wikimedia Commons.

Then embed on a Wikiversity page e.g.,
