Finance may be defined as art or science of managing money, major areas of finance are 1.Financial services 2.corporate finance/Financial management. 3.Managing finances. So, basically we can say that financial services is concerned with the making and delivering financial advice to the bussinesses and goverments and include the area which includes the banking,financial planning,investments,real assets,insurance etc.so one of the main and vital part part of finance is the finance is the financial management and it includes all those services and knowledge which pertains to the finance includes the roundabout activities of the finance,it's such a vast are which is prevalent in any economy, home and government ranging from micro to macro to global macro level.Without Finance we cannot think to manage our life example - banks we visit, jewellery we buy, inflation,deflation,oil prices, our individual financial future plan,saving money, investing money,devalauation of currency,profit/loss,all are part of finance As we all mean,finance is an important aspect of the lives of peopple so it's the people who care for their money and like them the artificial person companies do, so companies on each and every scale such as inventory control,shares or securities etc, bonds, debentures,currencies,balance of payments, virtually on all monetary fronts financial management is required without which companies cannot live and manage money or monetary itemsAbhigo86 19:57, 17 January 2009 (UTC)abhishek goyal.

Financial management refers to that discipline which includes all the activities which of financial or monetary in nature, by this we can easily say that all the activities which pertains to the monetary transactions directly or indirectly comes under financial management, Dividend decision ,investment analysis,financing decisions, liquidity decisions, all financial services ,all areas of finance come under this, though,some people also use financial management and finance as synonyms.Abhigo86 20:33, 17 January 2009 (UTC)Abhishek goyal
