Overview

This project operated as part of the existing collaboration between DCRC-CC, CRA and WADTSC. A study explored the experience of CALD care workers in the residential aged care workforce, to improve working relationships between CALD and non-CALD care workers and between non-CALD care workers and the residents and families.
