Draw the structure of a dNTP (deoxynucleoside-5'-triphosphate). Do not draw the structure of a nucleotide base, but simply designate its position with the letter “N”. However, ALL other atoms and bonds should be shown (including hydrogens). Label the sugar carbon atoms 1' to 5'. Draw an “X” through the bond that is broken during incorporation of this nucleotide into the primer strand by DNA polymerase.
