Rotlink is apparently running a bot, operating at low rate without a bot flag, cross-wiki, and with a probable conflict of interest with the owners or operators of archive.is and archive.today. Wikiversity consensus at this time is to allow Rotlink to operate, and that all the links being added are useful, but if Rotlink begins to cause harm, any custodian should feel free to block Rotlink pending review. High-rate operation, more than one edit per minute or perhaps a few links per hour (on Wikiversity), would be a sign of possible problem.
