What is the best smart phones operating system and why? - The best smart phone operating system depends on what you most need your smartphone for. For me, I need a device that is optimized for browsing the Web. So, iPhone OS would be the best choice for me. Browsing is very similar to browsing on the desktop. With its accurately rendered pages, its use of finger gestures for navigation and zooming, and its ability to switch seamlessly between portrait and landscape modes. It provides the most satisfying browsing experience. The Apple application store which has the most and the best apps, the phone's storage capability and its best design for acquiring media can keep me entertained. Common cell phone features like multimedia messaging, video recording, and voice dialing are added in the current version, the iPhone 3Gs, as well. The software also runs faster and the battery lasts longer.
