Summary Bio

I'm an Alliances Manager at Lombardi Software, Inc.. My career has involved enterprise software projects and programs in both professional services and product management contexts. I recently returned from London where I was responsible for Lombardi's Delivery practice.

After returning to our headquarters in Austin, TX, I moved into Solutions Management. My main focus was extrapolating the good and the bad experiences that our customers have gone through to arrive at patterns for scaling BPM programs. Part of this work has brought me to Wikiversity, where I am looking to increase the level of knowledge around BPM program governance. Have a look at some of the governance work.

My main focus these days is partnerships with global systems integrators, but BPM program governance remains a topic near and dear.
