1. Find the picture that you want to use.
2. Hit the Print Screen button.
3. Open. Fireworks.
4. Go to File, New.
5. Click OK, when the box pops up.

6. Paste the image into Fireworks.

7. Select the Crop Tool.
8. Out line the area in which you want to crop.

9. Double click the outlined area.
