Description |
The Picture shows Winston Royce's original process model (1970) of tasks carried out in a predetermined orderly sequence. In that way a logical flow from top to bottom is generated. Royce maintains that if one task is finished the following can start and thus excludes jumping back and forth. Later on this basic model became known under the expression 'waterfall'. |
