English: Kelli Reynoldson and her son, Alex, 5, read together at their Level Plains home Monday. Alex has faced developmental delays since age 3 and is enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) here. Fort Rucker EFMP staff will hold an education workshop here next week to assist Families with special needs children. "
