Description
English: Graph of a sequence of chords from Pictures at an Exhibition (Great Gate of Kyiv) rendered in both just and equal temperament, created using the w:Audacity (audio editor) To hear the waveform visit File:Great Gate of Kyiv chords equal and just tuning.ogg. The chord in equal temperament is shown first and copied to the third. The second and fourth sequences are in just intonation. For more information, visit Sing free/Great Gate of Kyiv on Wikiversity. The reader should be warned that while the "rough" appearance of the graphs in equal temperament might be associated with roughness in the sound, the actual graph characteristics are probably dominated by aliasing in how the image is presented to the screen.
