About me

A busy individual. Stretched between the responsibilities of full time work, part time study and a family that now includes teenagers. My current motivation is to finish my degree. Emotionally, exhausted!

Hobbies

Outdoor activities

  • Gardening, spring has sprung!
  • Running, when I need some time to myself. Love a runner's high!

Indoor activities

  1. CrossFit - CrossFit official website This is how I manage stress.
  2. Movies - What a luxury. Who has time to do this?
  3. Reading - Restricted to textbooks at the moment.
