This is my third-year living in Australia and studying at the University of Canberra

Bachelor of Science in Psychology

Major in Counselling Studies

Career interests

  • Educational psychology (understanding and enhancing learning processes)
  • Developmental psychology (understanding how people change physiologically, psychologically and socially during the lifespan)
  • Psychopathology (developmental disorders in childhood: intellectual (language and learning disorders) and autism spectrum disorders, among others.

Personal interests

  • Spending time with family members and friends
  • Travelling (discovering new places for entertainment, food and shopping)
  • Photography
  • Fashion, makeup, and music

Book chapter

My book chapter is about social comparison, social media, and emotion. I am so exited to explore this, and even more, to share it with you!

Social comparisons, although we might not be aware, occur more often than we think. And understanding the way these comparisons impact our emotions is not only interesting, but also useful for our own and others' personal lives.
