Points Made

[edit | edit source]

The universe is not only still expanding, the expansion is accelerating! This supports the big bang, because if it's expanding, a long time ago it must have been smaller, which is the principle of big bang [1].

Methods

[edit | edit source]

First they measured the number of galaxies, and then they used this information to measure global geometry which is basically the shape of the universe. [2]

Results

[edit | edit source]

They found out that the method was inaccurate and some of the inaccuracies could be corrected through infrared technology.[3]
