The purpose of this module is to introduce the management concepts and its domain areas as applicable in urban and regional planning fields. The module topics would acquaint students with the basic management principles and understanding regarding various dimensions of management to assist in decision making process related to urban and regional planning, urban infrastructure development, municipal service delivery and governance. The learners would be equipped thoroughly in theoretical context, application areas, case studies and practical exercises in areas of urban management, urban infrastructure development, urban service delivery and among other critical areas of built environment field.
