Sir Herwald Ramsbotham Order of St Michael and St George, Royal Victorian Order, Order of the British Empire, Military Cross, Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council (6 March 1887 – 30 January 1971), otherwise known as "The Viscount Solabry", was a British politician. He was a government minister between 1931 and 1941 and served as the Governor-General of Ceylon between 1949 and 1954.
