Lagrange Points[edit source]

The entry should explain also L1 L2 L3. Euler had earlier discovered L1 and L2, but apparently did not think of L3. Lagrange pre-explained the Points, although he did not consider the case of one mass being a mere particle; his work applies to orbits of any conic section. For a translation of Lagrange's Essai into English, and other considerations, see links in http://www.merlyn.demon.co.uk/gravity4.htm - 94.30.84.71 (discuss) 19:26, 24 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Equinox[edit source]

Article has : "The equinoxes occur on or near March 21 and September 22. The equinoxes signal the start of the Spring and Autumn seasons". The second sentence is false for over half of the world (the Tropics hardly *have* those seasons). 94.30.84.71 (discuss) 22:36, 24 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
