I found during the beginning of the movie the narrator had mentioned how after one house sold out for to much the next house went done and then all the investors tried to get out. This is positive feed because positive feed back l is when something happens and causes more of that to happen so when one house owner couldn't pay his loans back and then the next and it became a vicious cycle that nearly started a second great depression.
