This course introduces you some intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills including goal setting, effective communication practice, good customer service, and oral presentation techniques. 1 Cr (0 lect/pres, 1 lab, 0 other)

This is a student centered course. The course content focuses on some skills necessary for you to develop as individuals, communicate more effectively in the workplace, retain employment, and provide good customer service.
