WikiJournal User Group/Editorial guidelines/Rejection letter

This is a sample Rejection letter which can be used for WikiJournals.

“ Dear AUTHOR_NAME_HERE ,

Thank you for submitting your manuscript for consideration to WikiJournals. The Editorial Board of WikiJournal of ADD_AS_APPRORIATE_MEDICINE_SCIENCE_HUMANITIES has carefully reviewed and discussed your submission.

The manuscript was judged as not meeting criteria for inclusion in our journal at this time. Specifically, Editors agreed that SPECIFY_REASONS_HERE .

The Editorial Board agreed that the limitations of your submission are not ones that can be addressed by a major revision to make it publishable in WikiJournals.

Accordingly, we are returning a timely decision of Reject without possibility for re-submission. ALTERNATIVELY_LEAVE_OPEN_DOOR: However, if you are able to address the major points raised above with a major overhaul of your work, you might be able to resubmit your work as a new submission.

We thank you for considering our Journal for your work. This decision will not influence our assessment of any further works, and we hope you will consider submitting to WikiJournals.
