Proof

Let

ψ:=φ−λIdV;

its kernel is the eigenspace of φ for the eigenvalue λ. The adjoint endomorphism of ψ is, using fact,

ψ̂=φ̂−(λIdV)̂=φ̂−λ‾(IdV)̂=φ̂−λ‾IdV.

Due to exercise, ψ is also normal. Therefore, due to fact, we have

Eigλ(φ)=kern⁡(φ−λIdV)=kern⁡(φ̂−λ‾IdV)=Eigλ‾(φ̂).
