Delete[edit source]

To tag something for deletion, use {{Delete}} and provide a reason, such as {{Delete|Duplicate file}}. Using the Delete template puts the page into categories that get identified quickly for removal. Posting a comment on a talk page often gets overlooked. But because it was on a new page, I noticed it. Let me know if you have any questions. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 04:07, 27 January 2017 (UTC)

CC-BY-SA License[edit source]

Whenever moving content on Wikiversity, we must maintain the CC-BY-SA license under which the content was contributed. The issue here is the BY part. The easiest way to address that is with a link back to the original source in the edit comment. There are other ways. It is possible for custodians to split and merge content so that the actual edit history would be available. If this approach would be helpful in the future, let me know. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 12:54, 20 April 2017 (UTC)
