Hello Sari, we are the Baah and Bahh twins and we'd both like to welcome you to Wikiversity. While you sit back and explore Wikiversity, enjoy some of our fresh goat milk. You can help us learn by creating new learning resources or help us by improving the guided tours and other exploration tools. We look forward to seeing you around. Baaaahbye for now.

Hi Sari - you're all set to go! Let me know if I can do anything. Sincerely, James (-- Jtneill - Talk - c 11:50, 3 August 2008 (UTC))

I've replaced the brain image with another one - hope that's OK. Basically, any image you upload needs to have a license applied. You cannot upload an image unless you own the copyright and will allow it be used freely or if it already has a free license. So, I've had to delete your uploads at the moment because of the lack of copyight details supplied. Don't worry about this too much, it's pretty normal when starting out. The good news is that there is already a large library of images which are ready to go and free to use. Try search around on Wiki commons. Any image you like there can be easily used here. e.g., from commons:Category:Question marks there are lots of question marks. Adding the name of the file here, like this: [[Image:Ambox question.svg|center|100px]] adds:

Ambox question.svg

Hope this helps - just let me know if you'd like a hand. -- Jtneill - Talk - c 12:43, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

A bit of help please![edit]

im finally starting to upload my saved work onto wikiversity and think its about time i start adding in pics - otherwise its looking pretty dull! I've played around with it for a while and im STILL having trouble with adding, resizing and placing images on my page! i try and try! yet the pics always end up where i dont want them and there either too big or too small! is there a page which demonstrates/has instructions as to how to do all this?!

Just in regards to the above post: i think i've finally figured it out so no need to reply unless there are any further suggestions :) thanks anyways!
Looks like you got it sorted, but note there is some help for images in the help box in the top-right of your page; or more directly, go here Help:Images. -- Jtneill - Talk - c 23:44, 31 October 2008 (UTC)

E-portfolio Feedback for Sari[edit]

Hi Sari,

Thanks for participating in the social psychology unit. I have read your e-portfolio and have provided some feedback below. The marks will put be posted on WebCT 24 or 25 November. I will email the discussion list when they are available. Feel free to let me know if you have any comments, concerns, questions. I also welcome your feedback here.

For someone who was a little reluctant, your 115 edits indicate a regular and committed engagement in the e-portfolio exercise! Smiley.svg. Well done. Good coverage of the major lecture/reading topics, and for some tutorials. (DI)

Genuine, thoughtful engagement is evident. Effective use of images. Some useful links. Honest reflections - perhaps some more personal examples/applications? And maybe some links between key concepts and further info? (DI)
