Hi! My name is WikiversityJack. I am a pumpkin and a Wikiversity mascot. My aunt told me that fun + learning = Wikiversity. Let me know if I can help you out. |
Winning the War on Terror uncontextualized[edit source]
What do I need to do to provide context consistent with Wikiversity rules for "Winning the War on Terror" and other articles I've written? How can I find information about said rules?
In particular, what about putting this under "Effective defense", not DavidMCEddy?
In October 2014, I created an article on "Effective defense". In November 2015, I created one on "Effective defense and ISIL" and linked both under "Category:Freedom and abundance". At that time, I created "Category:Effective defense", and assigned that category to both. On 13 May 2016, User:Thierry613 deleted that category, because there were only two articles in it. (See the revision history of Effective defense.)
When I told Theirry613 that I had intended to write other articles under that category, I was told I could recreate it when I had other articles to put in it. On 16 December 2016, I created "Winning the War on Terror", which you just moved. I would have put it under "Category:Effective defense", but that article had already been deleted, and I didn't know if three articles would be enough for a category, so I didn't recreate that category at that time. I have, however, placed all under, which is a common theme in most of my contributions to Wikiversity.
What do you suggest?
By the way, in December 2016, I created thirteen articles, assigning each to. May 10, 2017, User:Green Giant officially identified the main People's Agenda article as a "resource page", and moved the thirteen individual pages "were renamed to become subpages of the central page."

- Hello, Mr. DavidMCEddy. I don't see why you are asking this of me in particular: I am not active in Wikiversity and cannot answer your questions. I suggest you use the common community space Wikiversity:Colloquium to get active Wikiversity contributors, versed in this project's policy, to address your questions. Cheers!
