Your editing relating to Greece and Macedonia could be considered disruptive, and because you have been engaged in this behavior cross-wiki, being blocked on en.wiki and en.wikiquote, and with an edit on Commons along the same point of view, you could be globally blocked at any time.
I suggest you register an account on Wikiversity, and work in cooperation with the community to build educational resources on Macedonia. We will require overall neutrality, but you will be able to create pages with opinion and original research. What you have been doing globally (and now here) won't work. If you register the account, let me know and I'll help you fit within policy and guidelines.
If the IP address is globally blocked, and you have already registered an account here, it is possible that the account will not be able to edit (it depends on block details), but if you have set up email access, you would be able to email me for assistance or an administrator to obtain IP block exemption. If you wait until you are blocked, you will probably not be able to register an account, at least not from your regular IP. Good luck. --Abd (discuss • contribs) 14:30, 5 March 2015 (UTC)
