The mind-body connection is the close relationship between mental and physical responses. The body responds to the way you think, feel and act. When someone is stressed, upset, or anixous, the body can tell when something is not right. Therefore it responds. We do not want our student's body to respond in a negative way. Creating a good health status, promotes paying attention to the mind-body connection. Expressing emotions in healthful ways is essential for healthful relationships.
