Everybody know, females do not have testis and epididymis. So no need to mention male in the title.

Authors are many? Those assisted in the work, should only be acknowledged.

Grammatical and typographical errors are many and should be corrected. Examples: (A-D) = (A - D), 0.2ml = 0.2 ml, (P<0.05) = (P < 0.05), wistar rat = Wistar rat. Create gabs between figures and symbols or figures and units etc. Go through the pages and correct all. FSH (… )

Provide citation(s) for Preparation of Kunu Beverage. Also use Kunu (local beverage). Do not join Kunu Beverage

Under the sub title: Experimental Animal, describe fully in coherent sentences the methodology of how the animals were fed and sacrificed, in accordance to acceptable animal ethics of the international standards. Also provide relevant citation(s).

Appropriate journal format for citations should be adhered to throughout. Check the journal format.

Provide citation for Testosterone Test

Provide citation for Determination of Follicle Stimulating Hormone by Radioimmunoassay Technique

Rewrite or rearrange the sentences and provide citation for Statistical Analysis

Results: Results have not been presented. So it should be presented

The format title for tables 1 and 2 should be used throughout. Avoid the use of: Shows the effects on the title tables.

There is statistical mix-up for the sub table titles and the footnotes. Seek assistance from a good statistician who can rearrange and describe those things fully. LSD (Least significant difference) and the use and assigning of p and f values appropriately. Introduce gabs between SEM throughout, including the values.

Also in Conclusion: effect all the grammatical and typographical errors as shown previously.

Statement unsupported by reference

Apologies if I'm missing something but as I was going through cleaning up the references, I was unable to see how reference 5, which is about a particular species of whale, supports the statement "After puberty, the volume of the testes can be increased by over 500% as compared to the pre-pubertal size." I'm assuming this statement refers to human testes rather than whale testes, so even negating the fact that I couldn't find that information in the source anyway, I'm also not sure if this would be the best source to support this statement even if it did appear there. Is there another reference that can be called upon here? Thanks. —Collin (Bobamnertiopsis)t c 21:43, 14 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Bobamnertiopsis. I'll pass this comment onto the authors. OhanaUnitedTalk page 22:47, 14 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Bobamnertiopsis The author rewrote the sentence to "After puberty, the volume of the testes can be increased as compared to the pre-pubertal size." which is typically true (unless there's some other medical conditions). I think we can reword this sentence slightly to improve readability and drop the whale reference because this statement is common knowledge. What do you think? @OhanaUnited: Seems suitable to me! —Collin (Bobamnertiopsis)t c 16:06, 11 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
