thanks!

This is a stub, but not a bad one[edit source]

Years ago, we routinely accepted stubs, though recently it has been understood that stubs are not effective at bringing in new readers. Certainly badly written stubs should be deleted. But this one is well written, and for that reason does no harm for Wikiversity. I see no compelling reason to delete or move it. Guy vandegrift (discusscontribs) 14:48, 23 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you disagree with the deletion nomination, I propose to take it to RFD (WV:Requests for deletion) and have a discussion there. The great advantage of using RFD is that one can review RFD discussions at once and extract common practices and arguments from the centralized deletion discussions. This has proved its mettle in the English Wikipedia and the English Wiktionary. --Dan Polansky (discusscontribs) 14:53, 23 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
But my sole reason for keeping well-written stubs is to save time. Talking about something that doesn't really matter makes no sense, but if you want the discussion, go ahead and post.--Guy vandegrift (discusscontribs) 15:57, 23 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I withdraw my objection to deleting Ukalele. We have plenty of editors with the power to delete. I just won't do it. --Guy vandegrift (discusscontribs) 15:18, 28 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
