A story of gracegrace1896

[edit source]

Under Why Hospitals Are More Dangerous Than Planes, youtube.com, there is a story by user gracegrace1896, from which I quote:

"They overdosed him with Haldol injections and were just letting him suffer all day a most horrific and painful death. He was so close to death when we saw him. It was gruesome. It was a nightmare. I asked “What is going on here?” The RN told me it was time for us to leave. I refused to leave. I would not leave because I knew he was dying! I had to argue with staff to get help for him. He was finally rushed to CV-ICU. He was suffering respiratory failure, kidney failure, rhabdomyolysis, leukocytosis, and more. CV-ICU worked on him over an hour to stop death. They said all vital organs were shutting down! Yet, within a few days they had my son back in psych with ZERO visitation rights! "

Of course, these accounts are hard to verify for accuracy. But so are the accounts of the personell. --Dan Polansky (discusscontribs) 04:40, 14 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

From the same video:

"My mother was a long-term doctor before retiring. She's always been okay with "white lies" that "harm nobody", and has told me this more than once straight to my face".

Sounds familiar to me. --Dan Polansky (discusscontribs) 04:49, 14 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
