I think we should do some more investigative work to find out from the researchers what is going on in this area and whether it is being actively followed up. If not, why not? It is rare that researchers report a decrease of symptoms over a significant period of time!
The Summary should be put before Further Reading to highlight that this appears to be a significant but neglected finding.
