OK, but overall, the structure includes too much general info and too little specifically focusing on the core topic - exercise-specific effects on emotion
Some of top-level headings aren't really needed - cover these concepts briefly within the Overview or subsequent sections, with links to dedicated Wikiversity/Wikipedia resources for more info. This will allow the bulk of the structure to be focused on addressing the core topic (the chapter's sub-title). Thus, the key section is currently called: "Benefits of exercises on emotions"

There seems to some confusion about where to place the chapter content. The content should be placed Motivation and emotion/Book/2019/Exercise types and emotion. Currently this consists of an incomplete 2018 chapter and some 2019 social contributions (any of which you can keep or drop). However, your 2019 contributions appear to have been added to your user page: User:Cduff297. So, move/merge the Cduff297 content onto the chapter page. On the user page, provide a description about yourself, link to the book chapter, and list of social contributions. For marking purposes, these comments apply to the Cduff297 chapter content.
Stay focused on the target topic e.g., "Mental illnesses correlation with exercise and emotion" is probably out of scope - instead briefly summarise and link to other relevant chapters and/or Wikipedia articles
Include in-text interwiki links for the first mention of key terms to relevant Wikipedia articles.
Consider embedding one quiz question per major section rather than having one longer quiz towards the end.
Conclusion - There are already chapters about exercise and emotion, so this chapter needs to be targetted at address the question in the sub-title - what is the effect of different types of exercise on emotion?

Consider addressing previous feedback e.g., adding focus questions to the Overview.
The Overview is promising but focuses on exercise and emotion rather than exercise types and emotion. There is already a chapter on exercise and emotion that should be linked to early on, for readers who would like to know about that.
For additional feedback, see comments below and these copyedits.
There is no need to cover general theory, such as what is emotion? Instead, summarise and provide interwiki links to relevant pages, and focus on the unique topic of this chapter.
There is too much general theoretical material (e.g., about emotion and types of exercise as stand-alone constructs). Instead, summarise and link to further information, to allow this chapter to focus on the specific topic (i.e., the sub-title question).
The chapter is incomplete, with some sections only consisting of bullet-points.
Some of the bullet-points should have been in full paragraph format.
Use third person perspective rather than first person (e.g., "we") or second person (e.g., "you") perspective.
Layout
Avoid having sections with only one sub-section.
Sections which include sub-sections should also include an introductory paragraph (which doesn't need a separate heading) before branching into the sub-headings.
