The only maps I have come across so far for the prevalence of PD are for the United States

And Spain.

The north/south profile is remarkably similar Can anyone point me towards prevalence maps for other countries? For a UK map I would expect to see Shetland, Orkney and Sutherland exhibiting high prevalence and Cornwall and the Scillies with low prevalence.
For Chile and Argentina I would expect the direction of the gradient to reverse.
