According to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there are many steps that parents can take to protect their children from the harmful rays of the sun. These include wearing sunglasses, wearing clothing the covers the skin, limiting time exposed to the sunlight, and wearing sunscreen with SPF 15 - 50. The CDC has also set out guidelines for schools so that children can have protection whether they are at home or at school.
