Social Skills/Daily Social Skills Practice Checklist

From Wikiversity
Social skills are the foundations of a civil society.

Here’s a daily social‑skills practice checklist, inspired by the structure and content of the Wikiversity course on Social Skills. It’s designed to help you cultivate interpersonal excellence through focused, intentional habits.[1]

1. Morning Intention & Self-Awareness

[edit | edit source]
  • Set your intention: Choose one or two focus areas for the day, such as active listening, empathy, or tactfulness.
  • Reflect briefly: How well do you usually embody these skills? What will you try differently today?

2. Daily Practice Prompts — One from Each Category
